He Made Me Feel Seen Again
“I reached out to Charlie at a time in my life when I needed to feel intimacy again. He was supportive and uplifting from our first conversations. When we met, I instantly felt comfortable. His confidence and calm presence made it easy to relax. He is warm, attentive and makes you feel genuinely seen.”

Every Time, It’s Something Different.
“I’ve been seeing Charlie for quite some time, and every experience has been different—from adventures to quiet evenings.
He seems to know when you want excitement, when you want conversation, and when you simply want to feel comfortable in someone's company. He treats you with warmth, respect and attention.”

He Helped Me Feel Comfortable in My Own Skin.
“I was initially very self-conscious and unsure of myself. Pace made the experience feel effortless. He never made me feel
judged or out of place. His confidence, conversation and ability to read the room helped me relax—even in environments
where I would normally feel intimidated.”

I Never Felt Out of Place.
“I’m a high-performing professional and was nervous about meeting someone who seemed so comfortable in sophisticated
social environments. Charlie handled it naturally. He was engaging without dominating the conversation, attentive without being intrusive, and made me feel like I belonged there.”

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HubHubGo, including our website, marketplace, profiles, booking functionality, membership services, verification services and related services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. ABOUT THE PLATFORM
HubHubGo is an online marketplace designed to connect customers with independent companions and experience providers.
The Platform may provide:
profiles;
search and discovery;
experience listings;
matching;
booking requests;
communication tools;
payment processing;
reviews;
verification;
membership services;
promotional services; and
related marketplace functionality.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, HubHubGo does not itself provide the personal or companionship services described in an individual Provider's profile.
The individual Provider is responsible for the services they offer and deliver.
Where the law characterises HubHubGo as providing, arranging, facilitating or participating in a particular service, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or avoid any legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform.
By registering or submitting a booking request, you confirm that:
you are at least 18;
the information you provide is accurate;
you are authorised to use the contact details supplied;
you are not prohibited from using the Platform under Australian law; and
you will comply with these Terms and applicable law.
We may require age or identity verification before permitting access to certain Platform functions.
3. IDENTITY & VERIFICATION
We may require users or Providers to complete verification procedures.
Verification may include:
email verification;
Australian mobile verification;
government-issued identification;
selfie or liveness verification;
identity verification through a third-party provider;
profile verification;
payment verification; or
other reasonable safety checks.
A verification badge means only that the relevant verification process was successfully completed at a particular time.
It does not constitute a guarantee that a person is trustworthy, safe, suitable, truthful or legally entitled to provide every service described in their profile.
We may suspend or remove verification where information becomes unreliable or circumstances change.
4. PRIVATE ACCESS
Certain profiles or information may only be available following registration, verification or approval.
This may be done to protect:
Provider privacy;
customer privacy;
personal safety;
identity information;
confidential profile information; and
the integrity of the marketplace.
Private-access information must not be:
copied;
redistributed;
screenshotted for publication;
sold;
shared with third parties; or
used to harass, threaten or identify another person outside the Platform.
5. PROVIDER PROFILES
Providers are responsible for ensuring their profiles are:
accurate;
current;
lawful;
not misleading;
respectful;
consistent with Platform standards.
Providers must not make false claims concerning qualifications, experience, identity, age, location, availability or services.
HubHubGo may edit, moderate, suspend or remove profile content where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, accuracy or Platform integrity.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must:
provide accurate booking information;
respect Provider boundaries;
communicate respectfully;
comply with agreed booking arrangements;
comply with applicable laws;
not threaten, intimidate, stalk or harass a Provider;
not attempt to obtain services outside the agreed booking;
not secretly record another person;
not publish another person's private information; and
not arrange unlawful activities through the Platform.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
The Platform must not be used for:
exploitation;
coercion;
trafficking;
forced services;
services involving minors;
non-consensual activity;
fraud;
impersonation;
blackmail;
stalking;
harassment;
extortion;
hidden recording;
distribution of private images without consent;
illegal drugs;
weapons;
money laundering;
or any other unlawful activity.
Any attempt to involve a person under 18 in prohibited activity will result in immediate suspension and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
8. CONSENT & PERSONAL BOUNDARIES
All interactions must be consensual.
A booking does not constitute consent to any particular activity.
Consent may be:
given;
refused;
withdrawn; or
changed
at any time.
Neither payment nor booking creates an entitlement to another person's body, attention or participation in any particular activity.
9. BOOKINGS
A booking request is not confirmed until the Platform and/or Provider confirms it.
A Provider may decline a booking.
A customer may also withdraw a booking request subject to any applicable cancellation terms.
The Platform may refuse, cancel or suspend a booking where reasonably necessary for:
safety;
verification;
suspected fraud;
legal compliance;
breach of these Terms;
payment problems; or
Platform integrity.
10. PAYMENTS
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you authorise the relevant payment provider to process the transaction.
HubHubGo may charge:
booking fees;
marketplace fees;
membership fees;
promotional fees;
Provider subscription fees;
cancellation fees where lawfully applicable; and
other clearly disclosed charges.
All prices will be displayed before the relevant transaction is completed.
11. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain Providers may purchase recurring membership or subscription services.
The applicable subscription price, billing frequency and inclusions will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable interval until cancelled.
Cancellation will prevent future renewal but will not ordinarily refund a completed billing period unless required by law or expressly stated.
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to recurring charges.
Nothing in this clause excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. PROVIDER MEMBERSHIP
Provider membership may provide access to features such as:
profile publication;
enhanced profile functionality;
analytics;
marketplace visibility;
experience listings;
booking tools;
promotional opportunities;
profile optimisation;
verification;
customer enquiries; and
other Platform features.
Membership does not guarantee bookings, revenue, enquiries, ranking or customer demand.
This is important.
I would explicitly keep this.
You are selling access to the marketplace and tools, not promising income.
13. MARKETPLACE RANKING
Profiles may be ranked according to factors including:
relevance;
location;
availability;
verification status;
profile completeness;
customer preferences;
reviews;
engagement;
membership features;
experience suitability; and
other marketplace factors.
Paid placement may be clearly identified where applicable.
We do not guarantee a particular ranking or number of views.
14. MATCHING
Our Platform may recommend Providers based on information supplied by customers and Providers.
Matching is intended to assist discovery.
A match score or recommendation is not a statement that two people are personally, romantically or professionally compatible.
It is a marketplace recommendation.
15. REVIEWS & TESTIMONIALS
Customers may be invited to submit reviews.
Reviews must be:
genuine;
based on an actual interaction or experience;
relevant;
non-defamatory;
respectful;
free of personal information belonging to another person.
Fake reviews, paid reviews presented as genuine, review manipulation and threats involving reviews are prohibited.
We may moderate reviews where necessary.

information concerning another user's activities.
You must not disclose such information without lawful authority or the person's consent.
18. PHOTOGRAPHS & CONTENT
By uploading content to the Platform, you confirm that:
you own it or have permission to use it;
it does not infringe another person's rights;
it is not misleading;
it complies with our content standards; and
you have obtained necessary consent from identifiable persons appearing in the content.
You grant HubHubGo a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, display and distribute the content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Platform, subject to your settings and our Privacy Policy.

Users remain responsible for exercising reasonable judgement.
We strongly recommend:
meeting in appropriate circumstances;

these Terms have been breached;
information is fraudulent;
verification has failed;
there is a safety concern;
unlawful conduct may have occurred;
payment fraud is suspected;
the account presents a material risk to another person or the Platform.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide an explanation.
Nothing prevents us from taking immediate action where necessary for safety or legal compliance.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HubHubGo is not responsible for:
the independent conduct of a Provider;
